i havnt used my server in a long time (partly bc of the this issue) but anytime i try and play any video i get "Playback Error. This client (firefox) isnt compatible with the media and the server isnt sending a compatible media format."
i saw alot of stuff about this with version 10.8.3 but the settings menu says im running 10.8.10 which doesnt match the main log file which says 10.8.3 (note that i have this issue on all accounts with and without admin and with and without hw acceleration)

I dont understand why its says no such file as it is there (jellyfin is on a local server that i manage files via ssh and samba) and i can play the file directly over samba on my pc (i did check and make sure jellyfin had access via os usr group. linux ubuntu server lts 20.04)

again not sure why it says 10.8.3 as i have purged and reinstalled it and trying to upgrade it results in this
