As title says, playback of livetv streams fails in browser (and on mobile and on another device) but works on an Nvidia Shield via the Android app (and directly, outside of jellyfin, via kodi). Turned on debug logging for Jellyfin but I can't seem to understand what's going on. I'm running in the jellyfin/jellyfin docker and using Intel QSV via an Arc A380. Main log, three ffmpeg logs and the console output of the browser included. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the log I started the container, pressed play on the channel in chrome then stopped the container.

How are you getting live TV? IPTV or a HDHomerun?

    It's an IPTV stream.

Are you using a reverse proxy?

I've tried with the proxy (subdomain, https) and direct to the IP:PORT in the browser, the result is the same.

To be clear, other videos work fine. Just the IPTV streams aren't working.

I'm sorry. I should have been more clear. I need you to replicate the problem and share a shorter jellyfin log (not ffmpeg). Provide timestamps of exactly when the behavior happened so I'm not trying to find a needle in a haystack.

This is from playback start to finish.

The log file I included only has this one playback attempt in in but also includes the startup process, I thought there might be something in there that was relevant.

Ironically, recording streams works correctly and playback of the recording works correctly.
