Did you pass the GPU into the container?

IIRC, there is a setting for the Jellyfin container called "Resource Allocation" in the TrueNAS UI. Under that is "GPU Resource". In there you'd assign your Intel GPU to the container.

I resolved the issue of playback failing due to a fatal player error by clicking 'Do not select' for the 'Allow encoding in AV1 format' option in Jellyfin's playback/transcoding/encoding format settings.
