    "Playback failed due to an error decoding the media" on LG WebOS TV

    Can't play Better Call Saul on my WebOS TV when other movies work fine

    The logs don't say why it is being transcoded.  Do you know what version of WebOS is on your TV is running?  And can you try playing the same video on the TV's browser for testing?

    My tv is running software version 04.26.35.
    Also, it seems that only HEVC videos have this error, H264 videos don't. Yes I can play videos in the browser.

    What model TV do you have? Is it 4K?

    It's the LG 50UF830T, it's 4K. Didn't I write this in the original post?

    Oh man, I really don't know how to use Github. I guess I don't really need the app anymore tbh, I already figured out a way to hide the cursor in the browser, so It's not that big of a deal.
