    Hi there,

I've been using Jellyfin just fine for some time but lately I've encountered an issue that I cannot figure out.

Playback freezes for 5/10/15 seconds at times, every 3/5 minutes. Most of the time it works just fine but there are days when this happens. I did not manage to find a solution for this issue yet.
Since most of the time it works just fine, I'm thinking there may be a hardware issue or internet connection issue but the load of the PC looks fine and the internet connection is good.
I've tried restarting the PC, router, TV, nothing so far.
I've been watching the same TV shows for a while so the video files have the same format and quality (1080p)

    I'm using
    • Jellyfin Version: 10.8.10
    • Operating System: Windows
    • Architecture: X64
    • Samsung TV: "Jellyfin for Tizen" "0.1.0"

Here are the logs from the server - https://pastebin.com/NBmeKnsB

I greatly appreciate any support, thank you.
If you want me to provide any additional informations, I'll gladly do it.

The video is direct playing and I don't see any server side commands to stop playback. So the problem likely originates from the client. Was there a Tizen update recently? I don't know how that works with Samsung.

    1) Backup your jellyfin server data in C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin and upgrade to 10.8.13. Make sure it is actually there. Sometimes when Jellyfin is not run as an admin the Jellyfin data is written in the C:\Users directory.
    2) Try reinstalling the Jellyfin for Tizen app.

It works just fine again, thank you for your input, I'll try that if it happens again.

Is there a guide on how to do the update of the server? I'd like to do that but I'm afraid to not mess it up.

Backup the directory I mentioned in my previous post (just in case something goes wrong), stop jellyfin, run the installer for the current version. Not much to it.
