Playback issue on Android TV app

Its in the same menu as selecting libVLC.

Thanks. I tried all the options. Nothing changes.
Also, I noticed that only with this steamer I can't pause or stop the playing video from the dashboard.

I keep getting this bug that you have in the attached pictures. I figure it has something to do with user login (both android TV app). They both have the login credentials saved so they go straight to the main Jellyfin screen, no delay due to login. And sometimes everything connects correctly and then the user can be remotely controlled via Dashboard, and sometimes the Dashboard only shows the "i" and "message", but the user can't see it after sending it anyway, and the intro skipper doesn't work at the same time.

You're using an extremely old version of the app (0.16.11). The latest version currently is 0.17.9.

Ehm, it is just "retaken" pictures from the second page, but it looks the same like mine actual version I just used it to show how it looks like.
Originaly i created a thread here https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-tv-android-app-bug about it and now i saw the same problem in this one.

I have noticed that when I "click" on the jellyfin android tv app on my TV and it takes me to a menu where I can choose a server and user and choose my user where I have saved my login details and only then it takes me to a menu where I can see movies/series/collections. So the connection works and through the Dashboard I can control that user, send messages and the intro skipper works for that user.

But the moment I "click" on the app and it takes me straight to the menu where I can see the movies/series/collections, in 70% of the cases I can't control that user via Dashboard and the intro skipper doesn't work either.

So it must be something with the login proces

I still haven't been able to solve this problem.
I thought the problem only exists on Android TV but it turns out it's not only.
I bought a new Android phone (Galaxy S24) and it also has a problem playing hevc files.
I don't understand this, on my previous phone with Android 6 and on the old streamer with Android TV 9 everything works smoothly. How come on new devices everything stutters?
