In Jellyfin dash board go to admin dashboard > logs, it sounds like something is srong with your transcoding settings

Jellyfin 10.11.6 docker in Debian 13.3 on Intel NUC N5105 with 32 GB ram.
Storage: SilverStone GD08, ASUS M110-P, i5-7400, 8 GB Ram & 26 TB storage via NFSv4
