    Hello all,
I'm running the Linuxserver.io container for Jellyfin 10.9.11. It runs like a champ. I've run Jellyfin for around 3 years, but I'm still learning past what I consider the basics. I recently installed the Playback Reporting Plugin, but I get no information from the plugin. I'm able to view user activity directly within Jellyfin's Activity side panel option and I don't see any errors in the log. Am I missing an easy fix? This seems straightforward, so I'm surprised by it not working.

    Thanks!

Did you restart Jellyfin?  There is a separate panel in the Dashboard for the Playback Reporting.

I don't have the view that you're showing in your screenshot, however I do have a panel for Playback Reporting in My Plugins. I'm attaching couple screenshots to illustrate what I'm seeing.

Nothing shows up in this panel, however Jellyfin's activity log shows that there is active streaming over the last week.

Can you share your jellyfin log via pastebin?

Everything looks fine?  Can you whether the playback reporting database was created?  Go to container path /config/data/ and there should be a playback_reporting.db file in there.  Also check the permissions on it (though I would think this would be reported in the log).

Can you also check that you didn't inadvertently ignore users in the plugin config?

A couple additional screenshots for you. It looks like everything is okay. No users have been added to the 'ignore' list. The playback_reporting.db file is in place and where it should be. It is owned by the UID that Jellyfin is running as.

I may test out marking the .db file as world writeable to see if that changes anything.

Uninstall the plugin, restart jellyfin, delete that database file, reinstall the plugin, restart jellyfin? IDK. Super weird.

    Tempted to reinstall Jellyfin completely.

Same result after going through the uninstall/restart, reinstall/restart. The new db is being created but no information being reported. I've attached a screenshot of the output of the db file ran through strings.

Spin up a separate container, but try using the official jellyfin/jellyfin image?
