playback shows blank screen on Google TV Streamer

I think I'll probably return the Google TV Streamer.

I've already placed it on my do-not-buy list because of the Dolby Vision/HDR10+ issue. This thread also seems to confirm that Dolby TrueHD (with Atmos) passthrough isn’t supported.

Here's another thread regarding the audio capabilities of the Google Streamer and the users on there also report the same thing.

Hi, just borrowing the thread because I'm running into the same issue with the GTVS4K, but my observations are that it's a problem with the Dolby Vision profile 7.6 and 8.1
I have tested files that are only HDR10 and they work perfectly and Dolby Vision 8.6 also work.

For my movies it's not consistent with TrueHD Atmos. They have different audio formats. Someone has DD+ and some have TrueHD 7.1.
but then I also have a 4K HDR10 with TrueHD 7.1 and that plays fine. Just lagging, but that should be due to my WiFi.
