Pluto TV allows you to search and play their current On Demmand content in a web browser. With the right setup you can record their Live TV content on Jellyfin. What would be nice would be able to copy paste the link to their on demand content like the "Youtube-dl" program. But it would act like the Live DVR for Jellyfin. So we do not have to wait/search for the show to showup on the schedule to record it. Sometimes it might not show up for weeks.  (https://pluto.tv/on-demand/series/5c1285...=copy-link)

Jellyfin is not a content aggregation tool nor is it a content acquisition tool. Streaming Pluto TV outside of their app is against their TOS. And the same applies for Youtube videos via Youtube-dl.

Jellyfin is strictly for streaming content that you have, with the exception being liveTV via m3u or hardware tuners.

How you acquire your content is your business, but this functionality will never be integrated into Jellyfin.
