possible plugin idea

i have a idea for a plugin that some might find useful.
i'm hoping this post would get some developers attention.
if this is not the right place to post this please let me know and i will move it to the right place.

what i would like to create is a plug in that display posters from jellyfin to a url to be used by a display. im using posterr which is a digital poster display app that i use to randomly show movie posters. the issue is it's plex only. right now i have plex setup just for the posters. my use case is i have a home cinema that i have themed the whole room. and i use this app so i'm not locked in to just 2 posters. as i use a double display. this also lets me show whats playing now, but does not work on jellyfin.

what i like to see with a plugin is.

posters with meta data.

1. the primary image as poster 
   
2. rating (G PG PG13 R NR)
   
3. studio
   
4. runtime
   
5. release data
   
6. rotten tomatoes score
   
7. tag line
   

all this in a nice ui that gets served to a url.
like http://jellyfinhostip:port/jellyfinpostersplugin
i can then setup my displays to point to that url. (raspberry pis running fullpageos pointed to http://jellyfinhostip:port/jellyfinpostersplugin
)
i would also like some of these down the line to be added.

• now playing (be able to set a client to show what is play on it with a progress bar for how far along it is)
  
• multi displays for this the plugin would need to serve more then one url. like  http://jellyfinhostip:port/jellyfinposterspluginurl2.
  
• coming soon this would show upcoming films that has yet to be released. (would have to pull info from another database)
  
• time slots. being able to set time for movies to be show, and then have a list of upcoming showings.
  
• timeslot generate. be able to generate random showing base on your media.
  
• transitions. have nice fx for going from one poster to another.
  
• ads. not real ads but one you like for yourself. i use fake concessions ads that i have made myself.
  
• facts. be able to display facts or trivia about movies
  
• be able to tell the multi displays to do different things.  url1 does just posters and now showing. url2 does ads and time slots
  

i be willing show draw some proof of concept for the ui if the dev need that.

anyway thinks for read this. all i hope is that someone can help fill this void after i switch from plex. that way i can cut off plex ones and for all.

i would love to hear others thoughts or wants on this.
