Seems the forums are pretty much dead and or just not active. See some users post some ideas only to get told not for them. Love to see this project grow, wish i was a programer by trade but im not.

Like to see more thoughts in the clients as its a mess still..

And if possible some pointers on where one can modify the apk to fit their needs/wants for their home..
Like to hardcode my server in for some of my friends and family so i can seperate them, and not give them web access, only the apk access. If somebody can point me to the line and how to edit it, i can do it.  I have android studio.

Dead? Maybe not a lot of social activity, sure. But plenty of people asking for help and getting, at a minimum, an acknowledgement.

As for ideas for Jellyfin features, the upcoming 10.9 release has been two years in the making. There have been some significant organizational challenges that have stalled anything more than hot fixes for a while. But there have been some internal revamps that should help so that future major releases take way less than two years.
