Question about Hardware Transcoding on Casaos and RK3588s

Hi, im not a tech savy person  so please do tell me when im wrong at something. I recently purchased an Orange Pi 5 Pro and i want to install Casaos on it with Debian 12 Server Edition. As the new Jellyfin 10.9 roll out, can i expected to have hardware transcoding support working when i install it on Casaos?

For Rockchip RKMPP hardware transcoding in JF 10.9. Distro doesn't matter, just make sure the linux kernel version is 5.10 or 6.1, they contain the required kernel drivers.
