Hi All,
I have build my own interface with spotify. This also generates daily playlists and the logic behind it is to select tracks that have been played least recently, it also filters out artists/albums that have played recently. This gives me a nice varied selection of music to play during the day. (Just as a background)
I have not used Jellyfin long enough to check the ins and outs of shuffle playing but can anyone enlighten me in regards to shuffle playing:
1) how often is music repeated?
2) does Jellyfin keep track (Ha!) of played tracks and can this be checked? (I might dive into the api at a later stage)
3) Any tips and tricks to ensure the music I play (assuming I select a certain genre and put it on shuffle) is varied enough?
