Other than tailscale... Any other remote Access options? Is it as simple as a static IP? I would like to be able to stream from my Roku enabled TV at work.

You don't need a static IP. You can get a DDNS address (there are many free options) to handle periodic changes in IP and a reverse proxy to handle remote accesses and https.

What OS is your server running?
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1
