Is there any way to rename a folder without having to reescan all the movies that are inside? or if it has to be done, can I get the info of every move to just copy paste to the "new" folder?

    Regards!

The one time I had to relocate my library it picked up all the movies and didn't have to re-pull metadata. Even maintained watch status. YMMV.

I didn't meant to relocate the folder, I want to rename the jellyfin's library, sorry if I explained it wrong

For example, now it says "Movies", I want it to say "Latest"

    Can be possible without reescaning?

In Dashboard > Library, click on "..." for the library you want to rename and click....Rename.

No? You're just changing the label.

    Sorry for not answering yesterday.

I tested it with a small library, it reescan all the content inside. Maybe there is something that i must turn off?

It will probably trigger an update only scan. But it won't completely replace everything, I don't think.
