Scanning subfolders

Hello,
I am new to Jellyfin
I installed it on a Synology NAS where I have some movies organized like that :

video (main folder)
somemoviehere.mp4
--Some Folder
---somefilm.mp.4
--Another Folder
---some subfolder
----someotherfilm1.mp4
----someotherfilm2.mp4
etc.
Jellyfin found movies in first level in /video, also folders in /video, also movies in /video/some folder but did not found subfolders neither films in /video/some folder/some subfolder

I did not found how to tell him to scan /video > /folders > subfolders

Any idea to help please ?

That is a very much non-compliant movie organization. Our documentation provides examples.

As I wrote, I am new to Jellyfin.
With my NAS Synology I used before their app DS Audio with is poorest than Jellyfin so I created some folders like directors in which I put some subfolders like films.
DS Audio is poor but recognize movie fils into folders and subfolders.

Synology abandon DS Audio that's why I switch to Jellyfin, which I discover and like much better.

So, do you tell me there is no way Jellyfin could find movie files into subfolders and I have to re organize my library ?

I've never used the Synology Video and Audio Station apps, but I'm assuming they were less rigid about organization.

It isn't that Jellyfin can't "find" them. Jellyfin retrieves metadata from TMDB, TVDB, and other sites, to enrich your content, provide images and descriptions. And to aid in that process you are supposed to organize and name your files and folders in such a way that Jellyfin can parse the names. If you don't organize and name your files in a compliant way, Jellyfin won't be able to figure out what movie a file is. And will just ignore it.

Jellyfin also has features, like "extras", that requires additional organization.

To make all that work, Jellyfin requires strict adherence to our documented folder structure.

I will study Jellyfin organization according the documentation yo indicated me and will make some changes in my folders organization.
