Search Classic Cartoons by Character

so with regards to the old classics

there’s absolutely no way in jellyfin to search for Bugs Bunny, or Daffy Duck or any of the other characters across the span of their repertoire,

so if you wanna find a cartoon with a specific character in it, you’re SOL

getting over it

Also, thank you for an amazing piece of software because that has to be said. You guys seriously rock. I just wanna watch all the Bugs Bunny cartoons I have and I’m sad that I can’t filter them somehow.

That's because that's not part of the metadata.  Now if you searched "Mel Blanc" or another voice actor those items would show up.  It's because in reality those are actual people not just a drawing.  You can't search T1000 and get Terminator 2 you have to search the actor.  But like I said you can "hack" it by editing the Metadata and locking it to not update. I learned this while trying to fix a Looney Tunes collection.
