Is the Stable-Pre version of the server software the beta version as I would call it??

With unstable the dev/alpha version?

Yes, we have the stable version (currently 10.8.10), unstable version and pre-releases which you can see as a beta.

using lscr.io/linuxserver/jellyfin:nightly if this is required.
