Server Blank Page After Plugin Update and Reboot

What version are you running? I'm not able to reproduce on 10.10.3.

10.10.1 Though I have experienced a similar blank screen on other 10.x versions in the past.

If my theory on the Intro Skipper plugin is correct you could try replicating it buy having two separate versions of the plugin installed. Currently I have 1.10.10.2 and 1.10.10.7

Do you have any custom CSS or themes applied?

I do but it has happened when I didn't have any. It is just to remove tags, genre, ect.

The only themes I had applied were the jellyfin default themes. Some blue radiance some dark

I just updated it to 10.10.3 and it was working though the two versions of Intro Skipper that were installed were not running. One said "Status Restart" and the other said "Status Superseded". I think this particular problem is related to Intro Skipper itself and how it updates. Probably a conflict between the two. When it doesn't need to update it runs just fine for weeks at a time. Anytime I have that plugin installed when a Jellyfin update comes it seems to mess up the system. Could just be a coincidence.

Restart jellyfin again.  It was updated during startup.

First, start up after the update it works fine and showed me those messages. Once I restarted Jellyfin again is when it started acting up. It doesn't matter how many times I restart the server, it's still just a blank page on either the website or the application. The only thing that works is the Tizen TV app.

Clear your browser cache? ctrl+f5?

I've cleared my browser cache as well as my mobile cache. I've tried it on Firefox and on Chrome and I still have this issue. I've even tried it on brand new computers.

I tried manually removing the .XML file and the plugin folder for Intro Skipper. It didn't help that is until I uninstalled Jellyfin and reinstalled it (Syno Community). Now the server seems to be acting normal. The Intro Skipper plugin is gone.
