Is there some way to set defaults so when I create a new user things like "failed login attempts" or "feature access" are pre-set?

AFAIK, there is no way to set custom defaults for new users. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

If you use jfa-go to let users create their own username and password, you set a "default" account that settings are applied to the account they create.
