Hey, on Ubuntu, with an Ubuntu install, just upgraded to 10.9.3 (from 10.8.10), but I cannot play videos anymore (music works fine).
I got a "Playback failed due to a fatal player error" message.
    The logs look like this:
    Quote:[2024-05-18 07:15:04.305 +00:00] [INF] PlaybackTracker : Adding Start Event : 05/18/2024 07:15:04

Any ideas of what the problem may be?
    Thanks

Very likely that jellyfin-ffmpeg is lost on your system. Can you try install jellyfin-ffmpeg6 then restart jellyfin?

I am having this same problem on Windows 10 with Jellyfin version 10.9.2. Where would I install jellyfin-ffmpeg to in order to fix this?

Edit: I figured out the issue. The Jellyfin server folder just needs to be added to your system path.
