    Hello there.

I'm preparing a new machine, DS425+ to be used only on the local network, mainly on an LG TV. JF works I was able to play 1080p content without any issues and 4K with heavy buffering. Once I enable transcoding, when I start 4K content, it says
    "Playback Error
Playback failed due to a fatal player error."
From the log I understand that the problem concerns the "HDR tone mapping", I attach at the end

    What I've done so far:
I installed JF via docker on an M.2 SSD (using the Synology_HDD_db.sh script)

I also used the Transcode_for_x25 script to enable transcoding, also enabled by JF, playback/transcoding/QSV
When I launch a content in the log I then find the entry "h264_qsv" which I didn't see before, so I deduce that it is working.
also installed TranscodeDrivers with permissions enabled.

Did I miss a step? Having done all this, it shouldn't give me that error, right?
    Thanks.

    Using:  JF: 10.11.11

Also, which Jellyfin Docker image are you using? The official image or the Linuxserver image?

I don't THINK this matters, but try changing the devices section to just this

    Code:
    devices:
          - /dev/dri:/dev/dri
    Jellyfin 10.11.11 (Docker)
    Debian 13 w/Xanmod amd64v3 LTS kernel
    AMD Ryzen 5500 w/32GB DDR4
    Intel Arc A380

    ZFS Storage pool

        vdev2 - 3x WD Red Pro 18TB CMR in RAIDZ1

I also did some tests with different titles, I'd say it worked. I also tried on the TV via the LG app and it worked, a bit with difficulty, but I assume it's because I still have to add RAM.

So problem solved, thank you very much.
