    Hi there,

I've encountered a very strange problem with season 6 of south park that makes no sense to me. No matter what I do, I can't get it to recognize episode 5.

The files are named as "Southpark S06Enn Episode Name", and when I view the folder I can see:

    ...
    Southpark S06E04 Fun with veal.m4v
Southpark S06E05 The new terrance and phillip movie trailer.m4v
    Southpark S06E06 Professor Chaos.m4v
    ...

However, on the episodes list I can see that it jumps straight from 4. Fun with veal to 6. Professor Chaos.  Both of these play their correct respective episodes and there are no extra episodes showing before or after, episode 5 is just plain missing.

Here are the things I've tried:

    1) Deleting and re-scanning the metadata --> Nothing changes
    2) Confirming that IMDB and tvdb both show the correct episodes and order --> Both have reference to S06E05 'The new terrance and phillip movie trailer'
    3) Removing one or the other source and replacing the metadata --> no effect
    4) Changing the episode ordering from broadcast to dvd --> no effect
    5) Confirming that the video file is good --> It plays just fine like the other ones when I download it
    6) Manually creating a preview jpg file for the episode in the metadata folder --> no change

I am truly at a loss here! In the past when I've had trouble with episode recognition one of the above has helped, but this is the first time I just can't get jellyfin to see a file that is 'right there'.

    Input appreciated.

The term "Trailer" is a keyword used by Jellyfin, preventing proper identification. Enclose the episode title in parentheses:

SouthPark S06E05 (The New Terrance and Phillip Movie Trailer).m4v

That did it, thanks very much!
