I have JF installed and functioning using HTTP only.  No SSL enabled since I am not using it outside my local LAN.
My PC, Mac and Android clients can all login, use and view as expected.
Trying to use the App on a Chromecast device.
    I can install the app.
The app automatically finds the server.
When I try to login, if I use username/pw I get a message that says it can't connect to the server.
If I try to use the Quick Connect feature, I get a code on the TV.  It sits there and waits.  When I put the code into my web or android device the message on the screen changes to "can't connect to the server".
Checking the logs is not helpful.  They just show the access token being created.

    Any ideas?

    That was it!
I just ran the package installer in Arch with 'jellyfin'. That installs the AUR bleeding-edge AUR image.
In case anyone else runs into this in the future, make sure you specify jellyfin-server and jellyfin-web.
If, like me, you were already running the newer image, you may have to delete your /var/jellyfin/data/*.db files too.

    Thanks for the help!!

I had to roll back my latest 10.9 which supports hardware encoding/decoding for the OPi5 since it's not supported by the android app on my projector. Is there an update expected that will allow us to use 10.9 soon? I dont mind helping to test the new version.
    10.8.12 (partial hardware transcoding)
Orange PI 5 - 4GB ram & NVME boot drive
2 external drives (SSD & NVME)
