I just updated Jellyfin server to 10.9.4 and Jellyfin play is now 1.11.1 and I'm still having the same issue.

Reinstall graphics drivers on the clients? IDK at this point.

I managed to fix it. I noticed when I fully removed the media player from a different computer and installed the latest, on first launch none of the images or text lines up. I checked on the server side, and there actually was CSS code in the "Custom CSS Code" text box. I have no idea why it was there, but I removed it, and now everything works perfectly!

Uninstall, delete C:\Users\yourUser\appdata\local\jellyfinmediaplayer, reinstall.

AV1 stopped playing for me (JMP 1.11.1, Windows 11, JF Server 10.9.11). Black screen with audio (info said it was directly playing). I did not uninstall, only removed the folder (\appdata\local\jellyfinmediaplayer) and that fixed it, AV1 is now playing fine. Thank you. Good to know where the settings are, quick and easy way to reset.

Made an account just to say that deleting %appdata%\Local\JellyfinMediaPlayer\jellyfinmediaplayer.conf fixed it for me. I just had to log in again.

I made an account just to say this as well. Steam deck had Jellyfin media player audio but a GRAY screen from any video. Solution? Disable my god damn Netflix CSS theme that I had put on.
