Jellyfin version: 10.11.11
Installation Method: Ubuntu v24.04
Explanation of what is happening:
Collections will load when accessing my server directly, but will not load on my streaming stick app, wholphin. I have also tested using the jellyfin app (both on my Onn android streaming stick), and they will not appear on there either. Attempting to access them causes the connection to time out. Every other library loads fine and plays fine.
What I expect to happen:
When clicking the Collections tab in wholphin/jellyfin app, the collections should display after a couple seconds.
Clients:
Jellyfin for Android TV
Wholphin 1.03
I have attached some logs to this post. In the wholphin log this repeats over and over:
08-04 15:47:00.974 4610 4610 W Thread-89: type=1400 audit(0.0:76123): avc: denied { getattr } for name="/" dev="dmabuf" ino=1 scontext=u:r:untrusted_app:s0:c72,c256,c512,c768 tcontext=u:object_r:unlabeled:s0 tclass=filesystem permissive=0 app=com.github.damontecres.wholphin
In the jellyfin log this dialog repeats:
[2026-08-04 14:37:26.775 -04:00] [INF] "CustomAuthentication" was not authenticated. Failure message: "Invalid token."
and this in regards to collections
[2026-08-04 14:06:02.539 -04:00] [WRN] Compiling a query which loads related collections for more than one collection navigation, either via 'Include' or through projection, but no 'QuerySplittingBehavior' has been configured. By default, Entity Framework will use 'QuerySplittingBehavior.SingleQuery', which can potentially result in slow query performance. See https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2134277 for more information. To identify the query that's triggering this warning call 'ConfigureWarnings(w => w.Throw(RelationalEventId.MultipleCollectionIncludeWarning))'.

Jellyfin log.txt (Size: 15.49 KB / Downloads: 11)
This is the first time I've seen this appear. Everything was working fine last night, but something must have changed between last night and this morning.
I apologize if the solution to this is very obvious. I've been troubleshooting this all day and haven't been able to figure out how to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
