Hey all. Thanks in advance for reviewing and your possible help and solution.

I have JF working great on a fast computer on different browsers on same computer which hosts my JF server.  Server IP on home network is 192.168.0.23.  I access my JF as a user using 192.168.0.23:8096 as URL.  I am unable to access JF using ROKU JF app.   I have attempted assorted ways on entering the IP address.  I suspect I have various settings wrong on my JF server but here is what I have so far: I have the local http port set to 8096, I do not have Enable https turned on, I have IPv4 enabled.

I have JF version 10.8.4  and the most current version of ROKU app for JF too.

Please help.  Trying to setup for multiple TVs with ROKU.  Next is to be able to use with other computers/labtops on same in-home network using a browser which I am also unable to presently use.

I noticed from your screenshot you are hosting jellyfin on a windows computer. Before we get in the weeds troubleshooting this, lets try the easiest solution first:
    • Go to "Network and Internet settings" (right click the ethernet/wifi taskbar icon or use search)
    • Click the "Properties" button.
    • Make sure "Network Profile" at the top is set to "Private"

Assuming your network profile was set to "Public", this will fix the issue.

This solution worked and I have now been up and running with Jellyfin since you suggested this solution several days ago!  Thanks!
