Jellyfin Version:10.10.0 (Also tried 10.09.xx)

Long story short, I upgraded to the latest version of Jellyfin and I think it broke hardware acceleration. Originally I installed Jellyfin back in January/February (not sure which version) and had hardware acceleration working as far as i could tell (video decode/processing/compute would be active when streaming). I mostly played things to my Samsung TV so I was using the developer install method for that app. Everything was hunky dory. Then I wanted to update the app because it was slow and I was hoping to resolve the 4k playback issue I was having. That resulted in me needing to update the server to a compatible version. Did that seemingly without issue but every once and a while I couldn't get an episode of ATLA to play on the app, it would just spinney wheel until I closed the app. I have the same issue when playing locally in chrome as well but it more reliably tells me it crashed. If I disable HA everything seems to work correctly. x264 media seems to work fine if a hair buggy sometimes.
Looking at the intel page, it seems like I should be able to decode everything but VP8 and encode to HEVC without issue. Source media is HEVC_QSV from handbrake.
What do I need to try next?
