    Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue with one specific movie library in Jellyfin.
    Setup:
    • Jellyfin (10.11.6 running in Docker (Debian)
    • Clients: Android TV (Chromecast) Jellyfin App 0.19.7
    • Library type: Movies
    • ~100 movies recently added
    • Metadata fully fetched from TMDB
    Problem:
    • Opening the movie library in the Android TV app → empty / black screen
    • No filters are set
    • Sorting is set to "Name (A–Z)"
    • Metadata is complete (no missing fields)
    • Collections are disabled and no movies are assigned to collections
    Important observations:
    • Search works → movies appear with posters
    • Other libraries (e.g. series) work fine
    • Web UI shows the library correctly (issue only in the app)
    • Same issue with a newly created user (so not session/token related)
    Already tried:
    • Reset filters and sorting
    • Verified metadata completeness
    • Disabled collections
    • Restarted container
    • Re-login / new user
    Question:
    Could this be a client-side bug ?
    Any known issues or fixes?
    Thanks!

Whats the name of the show? how do you have you named? Have you tried removing the the movie scanning then adding it back and scanning again and see if this fixes it. also jellyfin is up to 10.11.8 you could try an update. Have you tried any other device other then the tv?

    Name of the show?

For the case that you mean the library the name is "Filme"

    removing the the movie scanning?

Remove only the library or the whole files in the directory of "Filme" and add them again?
New folder or using the same one?

    Update is done, No effects.

The library has worked on the app on Chromecast in the past with less movies ~ 30. Now over 100 movies

    It works on the desktop.

    Smartphone not tested yet.

    Thx
