I managed to get Jellyfin installed and logged in without issues using a live USB with EndeavourOS with the instructions I provided, as you can see here. After some digging around, I found an issue listed on ArchWiki's entry for Jellyfin that may be related to this case.
So you probably want to do something like
to change the aforementioned part. If you've never used a terminal text editor before, you probably default to nano.
