Just setup a new library and it's not scanning anything. I tried adding new files to see if that would trigger it, but no luck. My other library seems to have no trouble

    Thanks

Are the files sorted on your server as described in the Jellyfin documentation?

    https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/shows
    https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/movies

Also make sure your Jellyfin user has permission to access the media folders & files.
