SOLVED: Metadata not working on certain shows

Original metadata during scanning, refresh, and identify do not work but only on certain shows.

I have found a couple of shows in my library that does not have metadata from media scanning. I have tried changing filenames to match what Jellyfin likes. I have tried using IMDB id number, TVDB id number (with TVDB plugin enabled), TMDB id number, just the name and year, just the name, and several other ways to get Jellyfin to recognize the 2 shows and nothing seems to work. It just plainly refuses to update the individual episode metadata for those 2 shows. Oddly enough, they are both from Disney+. It is Ahsoka and Book of Boba Fett. I have poured over the forums, done Google searches, and scoured Redit but can't find a solution to the problem I am seeing. If anyone has any ideas on what to try next PLEASE let me know. I have begun the switch to Jellyfin from Plex because I am tired of Plex's BS but at least their scraper works basically flawlessly.

Can you provide an example folder and file name?

Also what are the permissions on a show that is working vs a show that is not working.

    T:\NEW\A\Ahsoka (2023) [imdbid-tt13622776]
This is a Windows machine so every folder has the same permissions. I have my shows separated by those currently in production (NEW) and those that have been cancelled (OLD). Then they are subfolders A, B, C, etc. from there are the individual shows in their own folders as shown above. There are 3 other shows in the "A" folder that were identified and all the correct metadata came in just fine. That's why I am so confused about why no matter what I do I can't get Jellyfin to recognize Ahsoka (and others) as described in my OP.

Sub-folders/nesting is definitely going to cause issues a lot of the time.

I think I finally found the problem. It seems to have been a firewall issue. When updating my firewall, I created a rule that was blocking the server from the internet. I'm testing it now.

It was definitely a firewall issue. All fixed now.

Was just a firewall rule set that was not allowing the windows box that the Jellyfin server is on to get out to the internet so it could not scrape any metadata from IMDB, TVDB, TMDB, etc.
