Hello, I am experiencing an issue where approximately half of my movie posters do not  render on the android tv client, but show up correctly in the web client. It happens on both of my tvs, from different manufacturers.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation/solution?
Thank you for any and all help.

Are you using a reverse proxy? And do you have your images saved alongside your media?

I am using nginx as a reverse proxy for clients outside my network, but it also happens with clients in the same network. I have checked the box for saving artwork into media folders checked, but there are no images in my movies folder.

If you checked that box after you've scanned in your media, it won't retroactively save images automatically. You can rescan your library and "replace all metadata" to have Jellyfin go back and save images with your media.

For the clients on the same network, are they also going through the reverse proxy? Or going directly to port 8096 on the server with the server's LAN IP?

Replacing all metadata from the web solved the problem. Thanks for all the help.
