It seems this problem has resolved on its own. I think Musicbrainz was acting funny.

How long did it take to fix itself? I'm having similar issues where I even put the IDs down and the library is still a mess and a half.

There are a lot of problems with Music, and the Jellyfin library database in general. Hopefully, most of these issues will be resolved or improved after the EFcore refactor for the Jellyfin library database.
