    SOLVED: Music playlists don't work / Blank

    When I create a music playlist, then the playlist is blank with no metadata or songs

    I'm new to Jellyfin and could use some help with creating playlists for my music. I've uploaded my files using the recommended structure, but I'm having trouble making playlists.

    For example, when I try to add a Bob Marley album ("Exodus") to a playlist, I click the three dots, select "Add to playlist",
         
    create a new playlist, and it shows up empty—no metadata, no music, just a blank playlist.  
       
    This happens with all albums I try. I've also attempted adding songs one by one and creating an empty playlist to add songs later, but nothing seems to work.

    Am I missing something? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your help!
    Server Version: Jellyfin 10.9.6
    Web & Build Version: Jellyfin 10.9.6
    Operating System: Ubuntu Server 24.04
    Architecture: x64

    I had the same issue on W10 server exe 10.9.0. After I updated to 10.9.1 my playlists issue for my music was resolved.

    This happened to me when I upgraded to server version 10.9.0. Once 10.9.1 came out that corrected my problem. I'm also on Windows.

    Both of you were right. I upgraded the server to 10.9.1 and that fixed it.
