I am using Jellyfin 10.8.11, the latest version at the moment and I find that sometimes users encounter this error when trying to access the server.
Some have changed the password before this error appears and others have simply not touched anything.
    How can I fix it?

Can you share your server log? Remove any WAN IPs and upload the log to https://sourceb.in/ and link it back here.

I just got this error, I try to access with HTTP from the Internet.
I have tried the same user from the local network and it works correctly.
After testing on the local network, I try again from the Internet and it works correctly.

But this is happening with 6 or 7 users, I even tried to create more instances of Jellyfin on other computers and on all of them this problem occurs.
Sometimes it crashes without ever logging into the server, sometimes it happens after the first or second time from the Internet.

I know jellyfin does a lot of caching. Have your users clear their browser cache and see if that helps.
