I've been suddenly having this issue on my Jellyfin TV app on my Amazon FireTV where I cannot play anything besides music on the Jellyfin app. Every movie and show brings up a "Oops something went wrong" and closes the app automatically. Nothing will play, but music for some reason.

I've tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, hard resetting the TV to no avail. I tried looking into this but it doesn't seem that anyone else is having this issue.

This is also just on my TV, I'm not having any issue on my computer or mobile devices. I'm super new to all this but it was working just a few days ago and I haven't changed anything since setting it all up a few months ago.

    Find my log below:

Can you upgrade the Android TV app and see if this problem still occurs? 0.19.9 is the latest version, so you are quite a few versions behind. Just want to make sure that the problem you are experiencing hasn't been resolved already.
    Jellyfin 10.11.11 (Docker)
    Debian 13 w/Xanmod amd64v3 LTS kernel
    AMD Ryzen 5500 w/32GB DDR4
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    ZFS Storage pool
        vdev1 - 6x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1
        vdev2 - 3x WD Red Pro 18TB CMR in RAIDZ1

OH! Wow, what a blunder on my part.

I originally downloaded it from my launcher's appstore, y'know assuming that would be up to date, but downloading it from the Amazon appstore fixed it.

    Goodness.

    Thank you for your help!
