Does the container have permission to write to where you mounted /cache?

    Code:
    [hls @ 0x55ca20fd11c0] Opening '/cache/transcodes/aafb203d653aeef9dad26c71c1b8f091-1.mp4' for writing^M
[hls @ 0x55ca20fd11c0] Failed to open segment 'aafb203d653aeef9dad26c71c1b8f091-1.mp4'^M
[out#0/hls @ 0x55ca1f629080] Could not write header (incorrect codec parameters ?): Permission denied^M

What is the host OS? Debian 12? What version of Jellyfin are you running? Looks like 10.9.X. What are the hardware specs?

Can you share your docker compose?

I can't put this on Pastebin because it exceeds the maximum size of 512 kilobytes per Paste

In TrueNAS, can you share screenshots of your Jellyfin config page?

And it looks like you haven't setup hardware acceleration yet. But first we need to fix the existing issue with /cache.
