I am using the latest jellyfin 10.10.0 with the web interface.

I have the following problem with one library of type movies (all others work fine): There are no movies shown.

There is a filter status indicator (the blue button here: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-web...2291344966), but there are no filters, genres, ... marked in the menue!

But if I remember correctly, I used the genre-filter and deleted the only movie of the marked genre (that genre might still be selected somewhere in the system, but it is not visible in the user interface anymore).

How can I deativate that genre-filter?

This is a known issue, and a fix will be included in the upcoming bug fix release 10.10.1 (no ETA). You can try adding back a movie with that genre as a workaround and check if that will allow you to remove the filter.

Thanks for the information. I will have to wait for 10.10.1 then.

Because I forgot, what genre it was, the workaround will not work (or can I find the activated filter value somewhere in a readable config-file?)

One option, maybe not the best but it works:

Open dev tools (In firefox, F12)
    Go to Storage
Look through the lines in Local Storage
I had to copy the raw data from each line and look through it in notepad
Eventually within that raw data I found the filter tags that had been deleted

I added these missing tags back to a random show, and was finally able to see them selected in my filters.
I unselected the filters, all other shows came back, and I was able to re-delete these from the show I added them to.

Thanks. With 10.10.1 the filter problem is solved.
