    Hi All

    I sometimes experience a problem with JellyFin and I am unsure what is going on.

    As a bit of background
    - On 'jellyfin host' I install jellyfin.  It is a PC with 12 cores, 16GB of RAM (but no swap), Nixos jellyfin 10.8.10 and VAAPI is setup, firewall is on with TCP 8096 allowed
    - On 'laptop' I access jellyfin.  Nixos, Surface 1.
    - On 'phone' I access jellyfin. Android Google Pixel 
    - Network is just my local network (192.168.X.X)
    - I get the same issue when I run this over Tailscale but I have completely diabled that to try and identify the cause of this

    On each device I am able to play videos fine. However (sometimes very quickly) after about two videos jellyfin will break.  But other times I can stream to all devices for a long time (trying to recreate the problem) without issue.

    When jellyfin breaks; 
    - On the 'jellyfin host' the main interface works fine (i can click on all the menus) but when I click on the video thumb nails the infinite circle icon appears
    - On the 'laptop' and 'phone'; the burger icon on the jelly fin page reacts, but the thumbnails do not appear (infinite circle loading icon)
    - The problem continues on both machines if I close and restart browser.
    - If I ping the 'jellyfin host pc' from 'laptop' the the time take is approx 300ms to 1000ms.  Normally this is less than 10ms
    - On neither pc is there the suggestion that CPU usage or mem usage is too high (it is very low).

    Oddly as I was typing this watching the inifite circle on my 'jellyfin host' the video loaded (after about 10 min).  After it did this the ping went back to less than ten and both the pcs were responding to jellyfin without slowness.  It is like the video was just loading for a very long time.

    I had a look at the journalctl and the closed that I can find relating to this issue is the following entry.  I could not see any other logs that would indicate what the issue is.

    Sometimes after restarting everything I cannot even replicate the issue (even after logging on from three seperate devices and constantly streaming videos from each).

    Im not sure if anyone can assist (or even point me in the rightdirection of what I should look at next).

    That log message is common and meaningless. Which is why there is a setting in the Log section of the dashboard to turn if off.

    You would need to share your whole log from when this happens for us to diagnose it.
