go to google store , and Just install "jellyfin for android TV", because with the "jellyfin" version you will have a grey background

On my Android Box TV, i have "jellyfin" et "jellyfin for android TV", in my Car, i have the 2 versions... i can use spotlight on the 2 
On my Xiaomi Android TV, i have only "Jellyfin for android TV", but this is not the same look...
I think you must find a version in APK that you can download  (maybe on APK Pure ?)

Hi Drey,

I use a personal, modified version of the Spotlight script and Jellyfin on a Linux/Debian server without encountering any issues.

I suggest you first disable the various plugins on your Jellyfin installation and test on another theme if necessary.

Check the messages in your web browser's developer console, as this may give you a clue as to how to resolve the issue.

It will also be more effective to open an issue on the project repo than to send PMs on the forum:
