    Hello all,

    I suddenly no longer have access to my Jellyfin server. An hour ago I was happily watching, then suddenly playback stopped, and now I'm unable to sign in. Every time I try:
    Quote:Connection Failure
    We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again.

    Some details:

    1. I'm running v1.3.11 on TrueNAS Community Edition.
    2. I'm connecting via my local network.
    3. I'm sure my password is right, and have tried multiple accounts.
    4. I have tried multiple different devices, all are unable to sign in.
    5. I have tried restarting the server several times, rolling back to older versions, etc., no dice.

    Logs attached below.

    Any guidance is much appreciated; thanks in advance.

    What is v1.3.11? That isn't a Jellyfin version. What Jellyfin version are you running. I looked at the code block before you edited your post and that looks like the database is locked. This bug should be resolved in Jellyfin 10.11.10 and later.

    Thats the Truenas docker container version number for the Truenas App

       

    Maybe he needs to update the Truenas app? I have Truenas but don't run the apps...

    Try and update the Truenas app, it was updated today.
