Synology / Docker / Remote access

I used https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-hpTxdU...gitalAloha as a reference but it doesn't work for me. I actually followed the video pretty well. I only had to think of something else at 5:25 because I have an Anceren router.
In my private network I can connect via the domain I created but not from outside. Is it the router settings then?
And how can I find out what the problem is? Sorry, I have no idea.

 i think its the wan. 
lan 1 is the ip of my nas 
lan 2 too but not used 
and i used the automatic one. that schould the wan ip

Has it ever worked from outside your home? Do you know if your ISP uses CGNAT?

hello, does it still work for you, and if so, could you please help me with it, because I have the same problem, where I followed the video, did everything same as you, but nothing worked. Could you please send maybe a screenshot of what you think is the most probable, that helped you

How are you trying to setup remote access? With a VPN or with a reverse proxy?
