I've been having problems the last few days with fixing thumbnails on movies and shows

Here is a image to showcase:

I tried "Replace all Metadata" option but that didnt work.

That looks like thumbnails from the SourceGrabber.

Try the identify option on a few of them and go though the wizard.
    typos are finders, keepers.

Thanks for helping but the only issue I have with doing it manually is 70%/80% of the movies and shows won't get the right metadata so it will get annoying doing it manual all the time.

Are these images present in the media folders? If you have "store images alongside media" selected than this could happen.

That indicates an issue with your naming scheme. Could you post how your media files are structured and named?

I'd recommend appending the imdbid, or tmdbid, or the tvdbid as indicated by the jellyfin docs. This will help the parser identify automatically.

    Film (2010) [imdbid-tt0106145].mp4 or Film (2019) [tmdbid-65567]

    Series (2019) [tmdbid-65567] or Series (2019) [tvdbid-65567]

Ofcourse that is, in addition to the correct naming scheme:
    movies
    shows

Give whichever provider gives you the best results highest priority in Dashboard->Library. You can test them using search function under "edit images" option. You can also add new provider plugins.
