    Hi,

Pretty new to Jellyfin but loving it so far Smiling-face !

I have a little problem when trying to watch on iPhone.
I'm have an Orbi with 2 satellites and as soon as my iPhone goes on one of the satellite to fetch Wifi I'm having a timeout error in the app.

Tried other IP but without success...

If anyone has an idea, shoot Smiling-face !
If you need more info, let me know !

    Cheers !

Do you have AP isolation enabled? Is each satellite on a different subnet?

Looks like it's not on AP Mode:

Regarding subnet, I'm not sure how to verify this... but considering I've done a standard setup I would believe it's all the same network. (Also haven't configured any guest network)

    Cheers !

AP isolation is usually under the wireless settings tab on most routers.

Following my previously shared screenshot, AP mode is not enabled I believe.

No. This is separate from AP mode vs router mode. In wireless settings there is a setting called "AP isolation".

As for subnets, when you are connected to one of the satellites, does it give you a different IP address.

Mmm I dont find anything about AP Isolation anywhere...

The Server where Jellyfin is installed never change IP...
But my Satellites have a different one.. ?

Does this problem also happen with other devices, like a laptop? Or just your phone?
