Titles showing metadata

For some reason, my movie library has suddenly started showing movie names as their metadata title.  I only noticed it last night, as far as I know nothing has changed?

So if the properties have a different title, it will show that for the film, see attached image for example

This is across windows, IOS and fire.

Check on your libraries and see whether the option to prefer embedded titles has been enabled. Also check that the media has been identified properly.

Hey, that option isn't ticked. I presumed that meant it would take the the title from the metadata, so i unticked it and rescanned, didnt make any difference. The media is identified correctly, correct actors, descriptions and youtube links.

A full rescan and metadata replace has resolved this, thanks we can mark this as closed!
