Transfering Server

I used the Windows installer for Jellyfin to install my server, but I need to move it to another computer, and I can't get it to transfer correctly; either it doesn't transfer any previous data, or what I do transfer is like images not user data. 

I'm talking about the config files and user data not the media files. I have those already moved, I just need to transfer users and their accounts.

Just use backup and restore data on target server.
