    Hello,
In 10.10 we can generate trickplay alongside medias, and that is great.

One issue I've got, is that if opting-in to trickplay alongside medias for a library for which trickplay had already been generated, the generated trickplay (in the metadata folder) won't be used. That's not an enormous issue, what is is that the existing trickplay won't get cleaned-up after generation of new trickplay alongside the media.

As we are here talking about several tens of gigabytes, is there a way to cleanup those now unnecessary tickplays inside the metadata folder?

    Thanks

    Hey,

As far as i am aware, it should _move_ the trickplay files. Meaning the new MoveTrickplay task should delete the old ones after moving.
    typos are finders, keepers.

Indeed that works, I didn't see that new scheduled task, thanks.
But I guess a bugs remains : if we run the create trickplay task before the move trickplay tasks, it will recreate without deleting the old ones. I guess it should in any case do the "move trickplay" task first to ensure this issue does not occurs.
