Sometimes the Roku app works just fine and other times, it just constantly loads over and over again. Does anyone have this issue and is there anything I can do to fix it?

Can you share your jellyfin logs via pastebin? I'm wondering if it is trying to transcode, but your server is underpowered.

Can you share an ffmpeg log via pastebin? And what are the specs of your server?
